Girls Flag Football Takes Over Superdome This Summer
A week of football, competition, confidence, and and fun
Girls flag football is exploding across New Jersey, and this summer, players entering grades 4-8 will have the chance to train, compete, and have fun at the Girls Flag Football Summer Camp at Superdome Sports in Waldwick.
The camp runs July 13-17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or a half-day option ending at 12.
Led by Mercy University Head Coach Michael Perrota, the camp is built for athletes of all experience levels looking to improve their skills, build confidence, make friends, and learn the game in an exciting, positive environment. Players will work on quarterback play, route running, defense, speed and agility, football IQ, and live game action throughout the week.
Whether it’s your first time picking up a football or you already love competing, this camp is all about energy, teamwork, and creating a great summer experience around the fastest-growing sport in the country.
Train hard. Compete harder. Have fun doing it.
